Thanks for bringing this up, John! That Peter Drucker quote is PHENOMENAL! seriously phenomenal. But, I can't think of anything we've done that's truly innovative like that! I would like to hear more of those things. (and the less phenomenal kind).

Great post, fantastic summary of some stuff going on around the web. If you like that stuff, and Drucker, you will love Gary Hamels 'Leading the Revolution' - it's incredible.
Chapter 3, especially, is outstanding for explaining how to create 'concept innovation' rather than product or incremental innovation.
